Fatcat put me down with it a few months back. However, I just can't get into it.

It's more in depth, as far as drafting and player scouting, but takes even more time, which is not a road I want to go down at this point.

I was speaking to DDS commish and here is what he said on their MP game
There's numerous ai bugs that exist in PF18. Late game management is often terrible. And there's not a lot to the strategy screen. I'm not sure about the new version that is likely to be released soon (there's a teaser about it on their site) but I'm sure a lot of issues will continue to plague the game. It's not so dramatic that you don't want to play the game but it's enough to make us want to move on. I've been playing this game since the pfs days way back in 2010 and it's come a long way.. The online functionality is great, much better than FOF8. My main issue is with the developer... So if you can overlook that, dds is a solid game with some issues. I run a DDSPF league and I'm happy with the game. It's been a long time since I've been in a FOF league, but I can tell you what made me jump to DDSPF. -Easy customization (City,Team, Logo, Fields are all easily modded -Multiple league sizes (from 6 teams to in 100's, I believe) -Online play is literally a click of the button (Running a league is simple too) -I feel like the developer is extremely responsive. They don't add a million things each time, but you can see that even OOTP can't do that. They build on the game each year and seem to focus on certain aspects. -The College Game feeds directly to the pro game I recommend you check out the demo. 18 is available now and version 19 isn't far off. You get two real seasons in the demo. Here is a recent blog with Screenshots if you want to check it out. Happy to answer any questions you guys have. www.wolverinestudios.com/2018/09/13/new-strategy-options-draft-day-sports-pro-football-pro-basketball/

Lastly if I may would you say FOF or DSS is harder to win at in MP? thanks

It's been so long since I was in a FOF league, so I wouldn't be able to answer accurately. I'll say I never got super comfortable with FOF online and didn't have the most luck getting help at FOFC.
EDIT: I will say we are in season 30 of the WWPF and I've yet to win. Made two Superbowls but never won. In the early years we had a few owners dominate, but since then there are rarely repeat winners.
The Draft scouting and college scouting are areas where the game grew recently. In the Pro game, you went from having all the ratings available to you to having scouting points to spend. You allocate your points and get feedback based on your scouts abilities. The game also doesn't use a CUR/POT Rating system. They have personality ratings (which are unlocked in interviews) and that will impact how well they develop.
So, I'd say it used to be easy to predict the right players but that has changed.

Thanks gbmoore. Might have to give the demo a run.
Part of the reason we set up this forum is for guys to get help with the FOF series. I hope you make it back one day. Any questions you have, you will find the answers here.
